Want to increase your engagement with your targets on LinkedIn?

Networking,And,Social,Media,Concept,For,Network,,Community,,Recruitment,And

Of late there have been many posts, carousels, and videos on how to optimise your LinkedIn usage in order to increase your following and improve performance.

My favorite two people that have provided some amazing tips in this area are Sam Browne 🦖 and © Richard van der Blom, I would highly recommend you follow them.

Their advice will instantly improve your LinkedIn performance 📈.

But here I want to reveal what I believe to be the single most important tweak you can make to your LinkedIn strategy that will make a material difference to your performance.

At the top right-hand corner of anyone you follow is a 🔔, and when turned on means you won’t miss any of their posts. 🧠

Why is this important?

– You will see all their updates

– Be able to forge better engagement with them, leading to a more direct relationship

– You will understand their areas of interest and their needs

– Determine who else is in their circle of influence that you may know

Even better is to encourage others to ring your 🔔 if they like your content.

This is the single biggest validation that your content resonates with your audience and ensures much higher engagement over time. Give it a try.
